With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and extensive private outdoor areas, Villa Simeoni can accommodate up to 4 + 1 guests. A villa definitely not to be missed!
Inside, Villa Simeoni is set over 2 floors and is fully air-conditioned, both in the bedrooms and lounge. All the details have been carefully designed to mix style and functionality for a perfect holiday under the shining Greek sun. On the ground floor there is a large open plan lounge, a well equipped kitchen with dining area, a bathroom with shower. Stairs lead up to the upper floor where the 2 bedrooms are located (one with double bed, one with 2 single beds) as well as a bathroom with bathtub. Extensive balconies overlook the pool, the green mountains and the Greek Mainland in the distance. An extra folding bed can be provided free of charge to accommodate an extra guest (5th guest, suitable for children up to 12 yearts old).
Outside, the villa is surrounded by extensive private manicured gardens with lawn, shrubs, scented flowers and trees providing well deserved shade during the hottest months of the summer. A real oasis just outside the prettiest and most cosmopolitan town of Lefkada! The sparkling private swimming pool, equipped with comfortable sunbeds and parasols, measures 8m x 4m (depth 0.9m - 1.6m) and is beautifully lit at night. For delicious charcoal grilled meals, Villa Simeoni is equipped with a brick-built barbecue as well as a poolside shaded dining area. Private parking is available on the premises.

Summary: Wow! Simeonis place did not disappoint. It was probably my most favourite place I’ve stayed yet. The pool was beautifully lit in the evenings, making such a nice atmosphere. The house was perfect, really well equipped for the needs of a family of 4 with 2 small children. Simeoni came to clean mid week and the house was spotless again. She gave us great recommendations of things to do on the island. I would highly recommended staying here. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Summary: Simeoni was a fantastic host and met us on arrival. She kindly gave us some recommendations of what to do and there was also a folder available in the property with all the local attractions in. The villa is within walking distance of the town and the local beautiful beach so we didn't need a car and the buses are available in town to take you to the must see sights slightly further afield. The villa itself was spotless and had everything you need and Simeoni very kindly came in half way through our stay to do a clean. It was wonderful having the pool and it was extremely private and not over looked. It was a great place to stay with plenty of room for our family of 4 and we had a wonderful holiday there.

Summary: Simeoni's villa was the perfect spot for our family of four to use as a home base while exploring the beautiful island of Lefkada. The house was clean and well-equipped. The pool was incredible, set in a large garden with a hammock and equipped with balls and floats for the kids. After a small hiccup with directions (I recommend getting a link to the exact location from the host well in advance), it was smooth sailing and pure enjoyment. When we had an issue with our rental car, Simeoni was so helpful in communicating with the car company on our behalf. The thoughtful homemade welcome gifts from Simeoni and her husband were the cherry on top. Highly recommend!

Summary: We spent a week at Simeonis house and loved it. The pool and garden was wonderful and it was where we spent most of our time. Even though we didnt have a car it was easy getting around. Simeoni helped us with taxi to and from the airport and was very quick to respond and helpful. Its not to far to the beach (5 minute bike ride)the main city center (15 minute walk which we did twice a day). There are multiple mini markets about 1 km from the villa. We enjoyed our stay. Simeoni is a great host who was very kind and helpful to us. Thank you.
