Positive: Gorgeous apartment and complex. Everything was spotless and the apartment was beautifully maintained. Perfect location for accessing the lake and for walking into town for food and drinks. We definitely recommend the boat hire and driving out to some of the recommended restaurants. The whats app communication was brilliant for any questions we had.

Negative: Nothing really! Basement bedroom and bathroom was ideal for our teenage daughter. Maybe some sun loungers at the front instead of deckchairs but the pool is right out front anyhow.

Summary: Beautiful! We loved every minute of our stay.

Positive: You get a view on the lake from the patio/garden. The unit is very modern and comfortable - it comes with 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms (although small, they are way bigger than in pictures), a very large closet for storing clothes, several other storage closets, and all essentials that a vacation apartment for rent should come with (a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, an ironing board & iron etc.). It’s definitely meant for longer rentals and in person looks way better than in photos. If you’re looking for something modern, comfortable and not historically stylized, this is definitely one of those options (and they are relatively hard to come by at lake Como).

Negative: The only downside is that the village this place is located in doesn’t have the vibe nor feel of the most popular Como villages, and more that of an Italian mountain village. You can do water sports here, but you won’t get any of that vibe Como is most well-known for around the world. That is because it’s located at the very end of the lake, and it takes about an hour by car to drive to the popular spots. It’s a beautiful drive though, so we didn’t mind at all.

Positive: Very modern, polished and ultra-clean apartments. The pool and outdoor facilities around it are excellent. Very helpful and clear instructions from the staff - all the building work is finished so the entire complex felt relaxing, welcoming and ready for a holiday!

Positive: Was beautiful, modern and clean with all amentities.

Negative: Got told we couldn’t put our washing on the front balcony by someone on the complex. This wasn’t in the welcome pack. Also welcome pack told us the incorrect parking space. Think some updates are required. We found out on our journey to Colico that the trains were not operating due to engineering works which was inconvenient.
