On the 63 m2 ground floor you will find a bright Living room with a fully equipped open kitchen with oven, dishwater and dining table with 8 chairs, a sofa with chaise longue, trasnformable in a confortable bed for two people, large flat television with satellite TV and direct access to the 13 m2 porch patio, with a dining table with 8 chairs, and about 130 m2 large garden, with deck chairs, sun loungers, and a BBQ.
Adjacent to the living-dining area there is a bright double bedroom with a large closet and direct access to the garden, surroinding the apt. A wide bathroom with toilet, bidet, bath and window is also available.
In the 32 m2 basement there is another bedroom with two single beds (or double bed), a bunk bed, a desk, shelves, a large closet and to en-suite bathroom, with toilette, bidet, shower and washing machine, the rooms are illuminated by three generous light wells (lights up).
In the basement there is also a large garage, included, with direct entrance to the apartment. A numbered parking space on the street outside is reserved for the apt.
The large pool and solarium is for shared use and is very welcoming on sunny days. Pool opens from June, 1st to mid September.

Summary: Maria and Marcello are wonderful hosts and their apartment is well appointed and has everything you need for you and your family. Nothing is too much trouble and they are more than willing to help with any problems you might have. It's in a great location with a restaurant in easy walking distance, and close to Colico centre for a great ice-cream. Highly recommended.

Summary: Everything about the property is excellent. The view is simply breathtaking. We made sure to have breakfast on the terrace every day to just enjoy the view. The house is very well equipped with comfortable furniture and amenities. The only downsides were faulty WiFi and lack of basic supplies (had to buy everything from salt to paper towels in nearby supermarket). But these were well compensated by the perfect setting and views.
