Positive: Nice, cozy new flat! It smells of new! Very well equipped with everything of very high quality standards! (Take note: no microwave but a perfectly working oven…) The owners are kind and helpful! In the real center of a beautiful istrian town: Labin. So shops, bank, restaurants … everything is really close! Nice and romantic landscape! I was here in February, so very low season…, the place was quite for working and concentrating… Heating of the house worked perfectly as the WiFi and internet connection! The place, in my opinion, is even better than the photos …😃 Really a great hospitality!!! Thanks Diana & Nicola!!!

Positive: Labin home indeed feels like home - the flat was fully equipped and the hosts have thought about even the tiniest details (e.g., perfume to make the wardrobe fresh, ready ice in the freezer, coffee machine with capsules to use etc.) so you will indeed feel very welcome and able to do almost all things that you do at home. Absolutely clean modern interior with all amenities plus very good quality body wash and body lotion made the stay extra comfy for my partner. Cozy and comfortable furniture and 2 air-conditioning units ensured very pleasant and relaxing evening after the day in the Adriatic heat. Extreme closeness to Labin old town with less than 5-min walk to both possibly the best pizza in Istria (Pizzeria Rumore), and amazing ice cream (Velo Cafe). Within a 10 min car ride - very nice east coast along Duga Luka peninsula (and much less busy than e.g., Rabac). Lastly, extremely helpful and responsive hosts who assisted me with all questions that I had and sending additional useful tips! Overall, very close to perfect, 9.9 score for the stay!

Negative: The balcony (facing the hill) is located right outside the main door of the flat and is shared between 2 flats of the floor. Good for drying clothes and perhaps a glass of wine, but not for longer relax.

Positive: Apartment looks amazing, everything is new, really clean and every detail was carefully planned in interior. Owners are really polite, whole communication is per WhatsApp and they explain every detail and even all the local places that you should visit and places to eat.

Negative: Apartment does not have it's own parking and you need to carry the bags from local parking place to the apartment but,it is close by. You needto come early or late in the evening and you will find parking spot.

Positive: We loved everything about this apartment, but to sum up - this apartment is renovated, equiped with new furniture and everything was perfectly clean. The apartment is located right in the old town center near different restaurants. The communication with the co-owner Nikola was very flexible, whatever you wanted to ask or advice, she was ready with more than satisfying answer! And to conclude, it is possible to come with your dog :) We could not recommend this accomodation more, Labin is a lovely town and perfect location not only for exploring local beaches. Would love to come back one day!
