Summary: What can i say, everything about this villa was perfect: location, cleanliness and quality are all 5* - pictures are 100% accurate. Summary: the villa has a large plot and is very quiet. modern facility, near supermarkets, restaurants, beaches, the landlord is very friendly and nice. we were very satisfied .

Summary: We had a perfect week in this house. It was our second vacation there and we can recommed the house. The pool area is great and the kitchen on the ground level make it easy to make dinner etc. Near the pool.

Summary: 3 families stayed here together which was perfect. 2 families in the main house and 1 in the apartment below. The villa is modern and comfortable and the outdoor pool/cooking area is really special. We have stayed here twice and love the area. Several good restaurants within walking distance and we really recommend a visit to the Juricic.

Summary: A lovely house with everything provided including welcome pack and even a farewell gift. The weather could have been kinder and we had to use the a/c for heating in the evenings. The owner could not have been more welcoming or helpful. One detail - the on-line directions didn't work for us and we had to use google maps to navigate our way.

Summary: We (family of 4) had an amazing time there! Labin is a nice little village (with a few options for shopping and dining) from where you can reach wide parts of Istria shortly. The house provides high-standard equipment and a lot of space for at least 8 people. It includes a very nice private pool and a cozy place to barbecue. Last but not least, the hosts were amazing, super kind, literally always available and willing to help in every way. Thanks for everything, looking forward to come back soon!
