Positive: The location was great- close to everything we needed and close to the Metro. The washing machine and dryer was really good to have available.

Negative: No toaster or tea towel provided in kitchen, bath towels were a bit thin.

Positive: The location was perfect for exploring Rome. The unit was a good size with kitchen. The host was responsive to questions. Nice to have a washing machine & dryer available.

Negative: Shower was really small. Main bedroom could use more lighting, very dim. Hot water boiler switch was not clearly marked but the host assisted promptly and explained how to turn it back on. Clearer marking would be great for future stays.

Positive: The apartment is in a very central location and close to many attractions and public transport. The communications with the hosting team was excellent and they were ready to help all the time. Please note that the apartment is on the third floor with steep stairs (but we knew it so not a complaint). The rooms and bed were just comfortable (not excellent) and kitchen/common area was Ok and note that it is bit cramped for 4 people to sit. We had an issue with the hot water (due to cleaner leaving switch off) and appreciating the help given by host team via telephone to get it back working . In summary - great location and great communications.

Negative: There was no light in the main bedroom - only one bulb was working which made the room very dark. Since we saw a washing machine and dryer, we thought we would it so we can save time when we get back home but that was a mistake as the dryer never dried the clothes properly so we struggled with wet clothes. The kitchen had no basics (we were expecting only salt and pepper which we have got in all apartments we stayed but was missing here). It is a nice apartment which could be made much better by small touches (replace fused bulbs, clean the dryer condenser so it works, keep some basic essentials like salt, pepper, oil, kitchen towel, dish cloth, put some instructions about equipments etc etc) and sorry that the potential of the apartment is not fully utilised. Also the beds could be better.

Positive: Beautiful house in the heart of Rome, very close to all the monuments. Under the house there are several restaurants. The house was clean and very quiet. Fully equipped with all the needed tools for the kitchen. I will choose it again for my holidays to Rome. Positive: Very clean and comfortable. Excellent location with most sightseeing and eating places at walking distance. Some might find the beds hard but we like such beds.

Negative: The three floors to climb, no lift. I am 53 years old with some knee pain and hence had issues climbing with luggage. A little more lighting in the bedroom wouldve been nice.

Positive: The apartment was absolutely perfect, fantastic location within walking distance to everywhere including the train station. Clean, tidy, and comfortable, would absolutely recommend this property to anyone. Fabulous restaurant downstairs too with incredible food!
