Positive: Loved hearing the waves on the beach! Very clean and well kept. The refrigerator was full size - nice for leftovers and ice making. Bed was comfy with plenty of pillows. Onsite freshwater pool with a few umbrellas and loungers nice to hang out in.

Negative: Soap provided, but no conditioner (as advertised). Lovely little kitchen set up. Great AC - we went in late August and the humidity was brutal. The restaurant was only open for breakfast and lunch - not a terribly big deal with all of the restaurants nearby. Food was great when we did eat there. People were friendly and very helpful.
