Summary: Friendly host. The house was immaculate . Very well equipped kitchen. It was wonderful to return from a day of touring and to be able to take a dip in the pool. The view was fantastic. Summary: Highly recommend this property for its facilities, beautiful surroundings and great communication from the hosts who are very responsive and super helpful. Location high up in a beautiful traditional village may not suit those with mobility issues, but for everyone else there is much to recommend. Three restaurants in the village are all wonderful, one does the most amazing take away pizzas which we enjoyed on the balcony looking at the glorious sunset. Small shop stocks everything you need, and the bar/ice cream shop has the most delicious ice cream flavours. One of our party was there at least three times per day 😊 All the reviews before us were from people who said they would be making a return visit - we will be coming back too. Thank you !

Summary: The property was fully equipped with everything in an excellent condition. Located in a small village 10 minutes drive from Ceffalu. The village has 3 restaurants, a bar and a shop. The host, his family and his dogs were all very welcoming as was the entire village. We would happily stay again

Summary: The villa is even more beautiful than in the pictures! The outside spaces are 5 star hotel quality, but you have them all to yourself! The home is immaculate and has everything you need. The town of Sant ambrigio is also very charming to walk around and have a meal. We especially enjoyed the pizza restaurant in the square. Highly recommend!

Summary: We were fortunate in having our holiday in this perfect location. Our hosts Antonio and Melinda were ever so attentive. We could walk down to the beach (be ready for a climb), spectacular views from the house and just a very short walk to the restaurant and small local shop. Cefalù and Castelbuono short drives away so the house is in the best location between the two.

Summary: The house is in excellent condition, very comfortable and stylish and modern decorated (just like in the pictures). It is slightly elevated at the entrance to the village of Sant'Ambrogio and has beautiful views of the coast towards Cefalu. Especially to mention are the breathtaking sunsets. Antonio and Melinda are the perfect hosts. They are very friendly, helpful and sympathetic (Antonio also speaks very good English). The lively Cefalu, with many restaurants and shops, is easily reachable by car in 10 minutes. Sant'Ambrioggio itself has a small supermarket, a small fine wine shop, a bar, a pizzeria and two trattorias with excellent local dishes. We were warmly received everywhere. We see no reason not to return to this beautiful place and this extremely comfortable house .... and to these great people. Thank you for making our vacation even more exclusive. Martin & Co.
