Summary: We stayed at this property in May with our two young children aged 3 and 6. The hosts were fantastic from the moment we arrived and were very prompt in responses to any questions. Check in was easy and informative and we settled into the newly refurbished apartment and Tuscan lifestyle within a few hours of arrival. The property itself is a beautiful old Manor House that has been updated and refurbished to a very high standard and is equipped with everything you need for a fantastic family stay. The garden and swimming pool area are beautiful, and our children loved swimming and having fun around the pool. The property itself is close to Lucca, and close enough to Florence and Pisa for day trips and sight-seeing. A real highlight for us was also the proximity to the coast so we spent several days on the beach and dining out eating fresh seafood with our toes in the sand in Viareggio. The hosts were accommodating and treated our family as if we were an extended part of their own family. My daughter and son spent lots of time playing with the owner’s daughter and son and running in and out of our villa and the owners house which was lovely to see and hear and made our stay feel more like a home away from home. Both our children’s and us have very fond memories of Italy and our stay at this wonderful property and the hospitality shown by the owners and their extended family Overall, a wonderful stay and we will look to return and spend more time in this amazing place.

Summary: The folks there were super nice and quick to respond to my messages. The house is big, clean, and in this really cool old building that has a garden you can chill in. The only bummer is that it's a bit far from big cities, but if you have a car and want a break from the city craziness, it's perfect. And let me tell you, Patrizia, the manager, is the nicest person ever. She made everything easy and awesome. In a nutshell, if you're into historic vibes, clean spaces, and cool gardens, this place is a winner. Just bring your car and get ready for a chill time. Shoutout to Patrizia for being a total rockstar! Honestly everything was perfect.

Summary: We had a wonderful 5 night stay. The Villa was beautiful, exceptionally clean and well equipped. We were left a welcome pack which was very generous and very much welcomed. A fantastic base to explore the lovely towns and villages. Very quiet location, but that is what we were looking for. Limited choices to eat out in the evening which are in walking distance. Would highly recommend.
