Positive: Easy check-in, big place, enough for 4 people. Bed on the second floor is very good. Very good WiFi. 2 toilets. Full kitchen. big table for 4 people. But pay attention to additional deposit, that can be not returned, because of some irrational arguments!

Negative: I rented this place for my friends who came to Madrid for my birthday, so that they could spend the night there. I was asked to make a deposit of 300 euros, which they promised to return within a day after checkout. 4 days after checkout I wrote to ask: when will my deposit be returned? They answered that there was some incident, that there were supposedly not 4 of us there, but 7 (this is of course not true, this place cannot accommodate 7 people, there is only one bed and one sofa, no more than 4 people can sleep there). Just before checkout, we came to help our friends clean up and pack. And when the cleaning came, there really were 7 of us. In addition, the answer was that the apartment was dirty. This is also not true! We came and helped clean the apartment. The only thing we did not clean was a few mugs and boats in the sink. At the same time, when we paid for the apartment, we paid 65 euros for the cleaning fee. That is, we do not have to clean at all! We rent an apartment to spend the night there, and we have already paid for the cleaning! In the end, we got back 300 euros of the fee, but I am outraged that I have to spend time on this, and explain to adults that if the cleaning has already been paid, then the argument "it was dirty" is not accepted! Be careful, and always check for hidden payments that you may not get back! Also, it's very cold on the first floor, and if you turn on conditioner - it will be very hot on the second floor, but on the first floor it will be cold

Positive: - Well designed loft that can accommodate 2, 3, perhaps even 4 people. Large kitchen/living room in the ground floor, bed room on the top floor. Bathrooms in both floors. - Equipped with taste and at good quality. - Clean, located near La Vaguada shopping center. - Good communication with the owners.

Negative: - Once booked at Booking.com, the owners asked for a guarantee deposit of €300. Did I miss this requirement in Booking.com? It certainly came as a surprise to me and added another admin step to the booking. - After all, this loft is a ground floor commercial space converted into a "piso turistico" in a well located but not a great area of Madrid. - Windows yes, but no views.
