Positive: The property is good and the host is friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was good, but with a bit more effort it could be better.

Negative: What I didn’t like was that the apartment was not heated. Breakfast included only sweet items, which I didn’t like.

Positive: The place is a wonderful and stylish mix of modern and historic elements. The owners put lot of effort in this mix (e.g. in the rooms are pieces of old furniture as a memory of the past, former doors or window shutters are used as tables with modern table legs, etc) The old structures are smartly adjusted (e.g. to provide light). The rooms are very nice, bathrooms great (with good water pressure), everything very clean. The owner is extremely nice, welcoming and multilingual. Distance to Bologna is fine. Pool is nicely warm with fantastic size! Garden is huge and with cozy seating areas. Stayed only one night but could have easily enjoyed a few days there.
