Positive: The view from the main two bedrooms is breathtaking. The terrace on the roof is beautiful and such a nice place to eat or relax in the evening. The beds were really comfy, air con worked really well, as we had some lovely weather. Great communication about check in. Location, a minutes walk from a beautiful beach. We will definitely be back!

Positive: Beautiful terrace area!! Our host was very helpful and quick to respond. 4 minute walk to the station made it really easy to get into Rome for a day trip. Beautiful seafood restaurants in town, all within walking distance. It was a beautiful old building close to everything.

Positive: This property is really amazing for Santa Marinella. Great location, nice spacious insides, and very very clean. Francesca the host is extra attentive and friendly. Even though we had some problems on arrival to the area, she was always messaging and willing to find help for us.

Negative: Bathroom is a little cramped, but this was EXTREMELY minor.

Positive: The apartment was in a great location, close to the beach, train stations and the town. It was well decorated, comfortable and clean. The roof terrace was beautiful, we spent a lot of time there relaxing and enjoying the views. Our host was very attentive, always available and helped us organise a transfer to the airport.

We stayed at Francesca's place “La terrazza sul mare” in Santa Marinella from May 1st for 5 days with family from California before our Europe cruise, and it was an excellent experience. Francesca was incredibly communicative, providing clear explanations before and after check-in and offering helpful tips throughout our stay. The location is stunning, conveniently situated just 25 minutes from Civitavecchia, and 50 minutes from both Rome and Fiumicino airport. The train station is only a 3-minute walk away, which made traveling easy. We rented a car to explore the city and appreciated having a peaceful retreat in La Marinella to escape the hustle and bustle of Rome. Overall, Francesca's hospitality and the beautiful, convenient location made our stay memorable and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
