Positive: Wow!! This was my favorite thus far of all the places we've stayed. The host, Giovanni, is as good as they get! He looks after every single aspect, with perfect accommodation and fully stocking this lovely place. We arrived to find a large selection of sweet goodies from a local bakery, all of which was delicious! He also treated us to other special goodies during our stay, which were all greatly appreciated. He was always available and sent the sweetest messages to ensure our stay was going well. The beds are very comfortable. There are ample places to sleep, and areas to just hang out, enjoy the views, or enjoy the fireplace. Alexa, Netflix, and satellite tv are all so nice. The terrace and balcony views of the lake, moutains, and bridge are stunny. Even the views from the windows are gorgeous. We cooked plenty of Italian meals in the well-stocked kitchen, and enjoyed eating on the beautiful terrace. The location is perfect in this beautiful old village, as well as another village very nearby. Parking is just a short walk.

Negative: It's nice to have a tub, although very small.

Positive: We had the most wonderful weekend in Giovanni's amazing apartment. EVERYTHING was perfect from the moment we booked our stay. Quick and very helpful communication made it easy to find the place, especially with the great videos and excellent suggestions for things to see in the area, places to eat, etc.—truly top-notch service. During our stay, we were pampered in every possible way. The apartment is incredibly cozy, with both a balcony and a large, stunning terrace offering the most beautiful view of the lake. Everything exceeded our expectations—a huge thank you to Giovanni. We will definitely be back!

Positive: Giovanni was the kindest host and provided us with lots of good information and delicious welcome snacks. He even purchased a bed for our baby. We were blown away by his hospitality. The terrace is absolutely gorgeous. We enjoyed Yoga in the morning and Aperitivo at sunset. The house is very modern and comes with all the amenities you could ask for. The town is also gorgeous and has a beautiful spirit to it. I can highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back.

Not only because everything is even better than the pictures show but also because their warm welcome and generosity is overwhelming. They make you feel right at home and give many tips and recommendations. The surroundings are stunning. Beautiful for hikes or simply reading a book on the terrace. Positive: La terrazza sul lago is a unique place in Italy where you can truly experience the Italian way of living. Giovanni is an excellent host who is always available to help with reservations or anything else that can help you during your stay. The communication is super smooth and even though he doesn't speak mostly Italian, it was super easy to have a conversation over WhatApp because of the translated messages. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to stay away from the crowd and enjoy Italy with locals.

Positive: Absolutely everything. The place itself is great and very well thought. The owner took advantage of every space and made it cozy, comfortable and modern yet with the whole Italian charm. Giovanni, the owner, goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. He left us lots of goodies to enjoy our stay, even chocolate Easter eggs for my kids, breakfast from a local pasticceria and stuff for aperitivo. The place has everything to make sure you live la dolce vita. Giovanni, you are the best host ever!
