Positive: Absolutely everything was perfect. Marco is simply an incredible host. Such attention to detail is very rare. Everything was organized so professionally, thoughtfully, and with great care. The thoughtful touches like wine and fresh fruit, and the surprise of amazing fresh pastries in the morning, made the stay unforgettable. The atmosphere, charisma, and hospitality are priceless. Don’t make the same mistake I did - book more than just one night in these wonderful apartments!

Positive: La Rosa dei Templi is a beautiful villa near the sea in Agrigento. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment on the second floor, which is very spacious and has a lovely terrace. It is clean and modern. We loved our stay here. The host is absolutely amazing, all his acts of kindness makes it a spectacular and warm experience. We have stayed in many hosted homes and apartments around the world, and I can easily say this was the best host we have come across. Highly recommended!!!

Negative: The only thing to mention here, is based on the villa location it is quite helpful to have a car, getting taxis all the time would be problematic.

Summary: A beautiful and luxurious villa for your vacation, with a wonderful host, you should stay here!

Positive: Located on a peaceful street with beautiful views of the ocean on one side and Agrigento on the other. The unit itself was clean, extremely well-appointed, and well-designed. Marco and his family went above-and-beyond with their hospitality and clearly thought of every minor detail in executing their vision for an amazing vacation rental. We will be back if we’re in his part of Sicilia again.

Negative: The fact that we only got to stay one night.

Positive: Place was beautifu! Very clean and updated! You can tell that Marco and his brother are very passionate in making their guest feel very comfortable. Very well furnished and equipped. The whole family is involved in making sure you have a positive experience. From welcome goodies to parting gift.

Negative: There was nothing we did not like about it. Wish we had stayed longer.

Summary: A short sentence is not enough. If you have chance you have to stay there! We can’t wait to return for a longer stay! LO

Positive: Beautiful newer home with a very spacious and modern interior and several wonderful outdoor verandas with views of the Mediterranean Sea. Super close to the Valle dei Templi. Marco our host provided a surprise welcome breakfast of fresh croissants and there was coffee and a coffee maker stocked for our arrival. Marco also recommended a great restaurant in Agrigento which we loved.

Positive: Marco was a consumate host! After 10 days traveling Italy, our stay at Rosa dei Templi was a welcome respite. Marco's property is lush and welcoming, with a beautiful garden and gorgeous views. We were able to pick a lemon from a tree and it was far and away the most fragrant and flavorful lemon I've ever had. (This after being surrounded by lemons on our travels!) Marco was communicative and accommodating. He met us and opened the gate just as we arrived and showed us around the property. There was wine and fresh fruit provided in the kitchen and the sleek, modern touches of the multi-level apartment were perfectly designed. We had happy hour upstairs watching the sunset. We had late night drinks on the raised veranda while gazing at the moon through the telescope they had. The next morning, we awoke to a lovely selection of fresh pastries, and when we left, a lovely person handed us a personalized gift! I can't say enough about this property and the host. Unlike our other stays, this one was a little off the beaten path, requiring a car to get to the center of historic Agrigiento but the location was a wonderful break for us. We took Marco up on his restaurant suggestion to find ourselves dining in a piazza overlooking the temples lit up in the distance. A remarkable experience overall. Thank you!
