Summary: Having stayed at this property numerous times over the years. It’s definitely evident that the services are less and the maintenance is more reactive than proactive. Cheapened by the new addition of swaths of artificial grass in once was beautiful green grassed areas. The service is pretty much non existent and compared to how it used to be, you now need to actively find someone if you want assistance. It’s sad, but clearly it needs an injection of more money than is willing to be spent to bring it up to its former glory. It’s was nice, just nothing special. And they now charge for self parking which always amazes me considering almost every guest arriving is self driving. Just why do this? It cheapens the property - but I guess that’s what happens when the brand is downgraded.

Summary: We stayed in a pool-side casita and it was clean, spacious, and decorted very nicely. The bathroom was fabulous. We also loved being able to walk out our door with 5 steps to the pool.

Summary: It was a wonderful vacation. I visit the Palm Springs area a couple times a year and have stayed in different properties and nothing compares to La Quinta Resort especially if you are with kids. We will definitely be back!

Summary: Our room was well appointed with comfortable beds and a pool right outside. The property has many pools so it never felt crowded. The shop on site has all the best snacks, including champagne. I will definitely be back.

Summary: We stayed in a king spa villa room right next to the lap pool. It was perfect for our holiday weekend. We requested a pull out sofa bed for our 6 yr old and they accommodated without hesitation. Service was good and room was comfortable. Even though the room was dated we didn’t mind - the bathroom was huge and our wrap around patio awesome. The pools were plentiful but maybe a little dirty because of all the usage/sunscreen runoff. No complaints though! Ice cold water was plentiful and staff was kind. Will definitely come back for another family vacation.
