Positive: The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the continental breakfast was good and remained well stocked during the morning rush periods.

Negative: The surrounding location was a bit sketchy, but my car was safe for the 3 nights we stayed. The location was mostly quiet with the occasional siren from an ambulance.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay.

Positive: Staff was very kind and helpful. The elevators happened to be out of order the day I arrived, so they moved my room from a higher floor to a lower one. They also helped bring my bags to my room. The front desk staff member even called my room to make sure that everything was okay after I settled in, which was a lovely thought. Being in Nevada, it was very hot outside, so the AC was excellent and made for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast the following morning was nice, too! Parking is right outside of the building which was very convenient. Highly recommend for short stay.

Negative: The only thing was the location of where the building is. The building itself was great, but the location was a bit confusing: it seems like the area is going through some major changes. There's a nice fast food place right next door which was convenient. I think it was a bit of a busy area so there was a not of traffic noise, but the AC helped drown out most of it.
