Summary: Floor was wet like it had either been cleaned or well, tried to clean. My feet were dirty from walking on the carpet. Grocery store feet. The AC barely blew. The air felt damp coming out of it. The room smelled like musty socks and the bathroom was bad. My 3 year old slipped in the tub and hit her face on the side because it was slippery from whatever they cleaned it with and didn’t rinse it out. We travel with our cat who is better and cleaner than most humans. I usually don’t complain about places we stay because we have stayed at some doozies before. But this was all around not good. I don’t know if it was the pet room only but the first floor was OLD and gross. Breakfast was lacking. Staff was fine. Beds terrible.

Summary: The night person is very helpful and friendly. He was very good at customer service. The person that worked during the day Saturday was not helpful and kind of rude. I guess they balance each other out.
