Negative: Staff was very disinterested in providing customer service of any type.

Positive: It was a safe area and friendly staff.

Negative: Hot tub was broken and you could tell it's been broken for a while. The window to look out your room was permanently fogged inside the glass. Which means the glass needs replaced. A lot of windows on the outside of the building were either taped up or fogged up. The food was horrible, the sausage tasted like cleaning chemicals. So after we attempted to eat there once. we decided to never eat there again and go to the nearby restaurants. The beds definitely need to be upgraded. The mattress we had was definitely worn out and needed to be replaced. The elevator sounded like it was going to break everytime you used it. If I wasn't handicapped I would have used the stairs. That elevator would creak, crack and squeal.
