Positive: The customer service was genuinely exceptional from start to finish. Daniela was amazing, so friendly, attentive, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The two men at reception were just as welcoming and professional, and it really made the whole stay feel easy and relaxed. The rooms were a big surprise, much better than the photos and far more spacious than expected, with plenty of room to properly unwind. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the pillows were perfect, which made a huge difference after long travel days. The air conditioning worked really well and having fans too kept the room cool at all times. The pool area was lovely and clearly very well looked after, a great place to relax. The location was ideal, close enough to everything but still peaceful and quiet at night, which we really appreciated.

Negative: Honestly nothing, everything was spot on and exceeded our expectations. If anything, we just wish we could have stayed longer.

Summary: Easily the best place we have stayed in three months of travelling, we would come back without hesitation.

Positive: Perfect location, within walking distance to the main center, local restaurants and bars. The room was spacious, very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Despite being on a street corner, it was surprisingly quiet. The pool area looked well-maintained and inviting, and the Wi-Fi connection worked well throughout our stay, which is a big plus on the island. La Palma is a very good option if you enjoy spending your day at the beach or exploring. The price-quality ratio is worth it.

Negative: There was almost no water pressure in the shower or the toilet, and we had no hot water. It was very difficult to shower, and the toilet took a long time to refill after a single flush. The general amenities provided were very basic and could be improved. The property urgently needs investment in a better and more efficient water pump system. Solving the plumbing issues would significantly improve the guest experience.

Positive: Absolutely gorgeous! Rooms are HUGE and the pool area is wonderful to cool off after a scorching day in the sun. Walking distance to the ferry and town. Would definitely stay again :)
