Positive: The hotel is magical. Very stylish and calm, with great pool facilities. Staying during the low season quality exceeds the price, and since it rains a lot you can just enjoy the space. Very recommended for a peaceful and romantic gateway.

Negative: During the 3 nights stay, no one has cleaned the room (not even once). Since Holbox is all about the beach, and streets are flooded by the rain, a lot of sand is everywhere. Same goes for trash..

Positive: The room was amazing, a lot of care in the details and everything super new. Good position and super friendly staff

Negative: Unfortunately they did not serve breakfast in house due to some issues with restaurant. They gave us vouchers to use in the hotel nearby (Para Ti) where unfortunately they treated us as "exernal" guests and it was not a nice feeling. There was no early breakfast/packed breafast for us planned when we had to leave early for Whal Shark tour but the staff kindly and promptely provided one eventually

Summary: Super nice hotel with lot of care for details and guests. Amazing room

Positive: The location is absolutely wonderful. Close to town (3 minute walk) but not in town. Same with the beach. We had a two bedroom unit and it was perfect as we were traveling with our son. The staff could not have been nicer. The property well well kept, super clean , had all amenities that we wanted and needed.

Negative: NOTHING! It was all wonderful.

Summary: I highly recommend this property if you want to be near downtown and the beach, but not “in town”.

Positive: The hotel is new and the rooms are very nicely done, also the breakfast staff was very friendly and the breakfast options were good.

Negative: The reception staff don’t have good manners and don’t provide excellent customer service. Also, the conversion rate the use from USD to pesos is higher than the one of Booking.com so if you don’t want to pay extra make sure to pay in USD. We tried to clarify the conversion issue but with no luck, ended up paying significantly more than the booking amount.

Summary: Nice hotel facilities, their management and reception staff can be much better

Positive: The hotel was divine - the room was beautiful, clean and very comfortable with everything you could need for a great stay. As a solo traveller I'd highly recommend this spot and the staff were really helpful with a great whatsapp service where they helped with all my questions and booking activities. Breakfast was delicious a lovely added daily treat and the pool was gorgeous - getting sun when I was there between around 1pm-4pm

Negative: The location is fab as its so close to the main centre. Only issue was on one evening a nearby hotel had a party with live music that went on till 4am so if looking for somewhere more quiet I'd recommend staying out of town. Also the hotel was doing works during the day so there was noise from this. Nevertheless as a solo traveller I preferred being close to the town centre which was just a 5 min walk away and with the heavy rains which had flooded all the roads I appreciated being so close. The island isnt as beautiful as I expected with the flooded roads but not the fault of the hotel but worth bearing in mind it is trickier to get around during these times.
