Positive: The perfect stay - gorgeous hotel, professional polite and friendly staff, excellent location, fantastic food. I even learned how to navigate medieval cobblestone streets in our rental car.

Positive: Wonderful period property with very helpful, professional and multilingual staff. Sumptuous decor throughout. We enjoyed the bistro evening meal which was as fine as you would expect in an establishment which has Michelin starred dining. Bedroom very elegant with view of Papal palace. Hotel very central with many local sights and other eating establishments.

Positive: The room is excellent well decorated, comfortable and very quiet in evening times. Breakfast's place is beautiful, outside is garden. Their lobby is my favour spot in the hotel, charming and cozy for reading or relaxing, Tea cake choices during tea time is excellent too, a lot tea choices. The hotel itself is not a fancy luxury hotel, it is prestige, sophisticated, and luxury in a subtle way.
