Summary: Thank you Yves and Caroline for making us so welcome to your home in the Vendee and for your advice on local visits. The gite (la Jardiniere) was clean, tidy, had a well organised layout and is very well equipped. The venue, set in the rural Vendee, was well placed for local walks, visits and the coast and Its location was calm and peaceful with a lot of surrounding space to enjoy the garden, the woodland views and the the expanse of sky. There is a signed walking trail through the woodland from the garden and Yves very kindly led us on a ramble through the local forest. We had a super week here, We would definitely use it again if staying in this area and would recommend to friends and family without hesitation.
