We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Occhiatana, to less than 2 km of the sea, these charming air-conditioned houses with swimming pool, one of 100 m ² and a second of 40 m ² and being able to accomodate until 8 travellers. They include a beautiful living room of 50 m² (with fireplace), an open kitchen equipped, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 1,000 m² and several terraces. Wifi included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
The first house of 100 m² :
- A living room of 50 m², exposed South West with TV, fireplace (wood not provided), sofa and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with: central island, electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Dolce Gusto coffee maker...
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 2: two single beds that can form a queen-size bed (160x200)
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.
The second house of 40 m² :
- Bedroom 3 (convertible into a living room): double sofa bed.
- Room 4 : a double bed (140×190).
- Separate toilet.
Exterior:
- A swimming pool (private, solar heated), 7×3 m, 1.45m deep, with a cover and fenced with a secure gate.
- A beautiful closed and flowered garden of 1 000 m², a ping-pong terrace and an outdoor shower at disposal.
- Two terraces of 30 m² with furniture to enjoy the nice days, one of them covered, facing South and North-East.
- A terrace/balcony of 5 m² on the swimming pool.
- A terrace of 12 m² on the level of the small house.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, baby bed, plancha, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located near Occhiatana, close to the sea, in a very pleasant environment, in the heart of a preserved nature, surrounded by olive trees. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential businesses but also stores, restaurants, market...
