Positive: Amazing location right in the heart of the old town. Instructions for arrival fabulous. I was even contacted weeks prior regarding dinner reservations as everything was closed to warn us or they would arrange a booking close by.

We couldn't solve it because of language and rentalcar company's improper treatment, but because of Marion, we could get thru much easier. She did her best to help us even though it got thru well. She was the best person I have ever met.
