Positive: Friendly staff, everything was clean, nice room

Negative: There were no sun loungers at the pool - we had two options: either lie on the filthy floor or sit on a rickety uncomfortable chair.

Positive: This hotel is exceptionally beautiful, rich in Javanese-Indonesian Culture. We also has experienced batik paiting at the workshop at the lobby.

Negative: The breakfast can be improved, perhaps some pastries instead of bread only. Also the buffet seems overcooked , maybe could be replacea with other types of fresh veggies.
