Positive: Charming, helpful, and discrete, the owners made us really feel 'at home'. The property had everything - a very comfortable bed, large spacious bedroom, spare pillows and blankets on hand, insect screens, a big bathroom with a lovely hot shower, plus delightfully presented breakfast options to suit all tastes. Just what we were needing towards the end of a six-week road trip in southern France. After two nights we left refreshed and delighted we'd had the good fortunate to discover La Lauze by chance, and the surrounding area.
Negative: Nothing - as we were charmed by this French country house and its owners. We appreciated the home's period furnishings, the small vase of roses on a side table to welcome us, and the small gingham-lined basket on the breakfast table of freshly picked cherries. :)
Summary: Totally delightful and tranquil setting. Country home surrounded by established gardens
