The Cottage has been tastefully renovated. It comprises one bedroom with hand-built 2mx2m bed, with walk-in wardrobe. A large living/dining room, with fully equipped kitchen. A smart flat screen TV and Blu-ray player. Outside is an enclosed garden area and private terrace with table and chairs and a BBQ that overlooks a flower meadow. The Cottage sleeps 2 comfortably
The 17th century Grange and the Farmhouse have adjoining private terraces and BBQs overlooking the 12 x 6 metre pool, in-ground trampoline and valley that surrounds La Bastide.
The Farmhouse has been fully renovated. The accommodation comprises four bedrooms, a master suite with super king-sized bed, day bed and luxury en-suite. The second bedroom has a king sized bed with a luxury en-suite shower room, there is also a large twin room and twin bunk with en-suite. A fully equipped kitchen with dining room adjacent and double doors leading onto the terrace. A snug with flat screen TV and games consoles as well as a family living room with smart flat screen TV and DVD player. The farmhouse sleeps 8 comfortably.
The Grange is a large converted barn. The accommodation comprises a master bedroom with double bed and bathroom adjacent. A second bedroom with King size bed with en-suite and two single beds in the upstairs bedroom. The double height main room has a well equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge with Smart flat screen TV and DVD player. The Grange sleeps 6 comfortably.

Summary: We stayed in the charming cottage. The cottage had all amenities we needed and a very comfortable and large bed. It's good quiet place to relax with a nice pool with a view over the valley. Lautrec is the closest nice old village with some good restaurants. Very welcoming and friendly host.

Summary: So that my family and friends (17 of us) could stay and help celebrate my 70th birthday, we booked all three of Janine and Steve’s stunning gites. We are very grateful for their help in organising three days of celebration and fun. Friday evening started with an “Apero” hosted by Steve and Janine. Everybody enjoyed lots of delicious canapes and snacks and sampled the local wine and beer. All al fresco, overlooking one of the three beautiful valleys which surround their property. On the Saturday, Steve and Janine arranged for tables and chairs to be set up under a gazebo outside the old barn and for local company, La Cuisine des Anges, to serve us a wonderful and memorable meal. The meal, which took all afternoon to eat, included separate courses of canapes, mussels, crevettes, duck liver salad, Coq au vin, French cheese and apple tart with vanilla ice cream. The meal was complemented with local sparkling rose wine and beer. We give huge thanks to chef Leo and his team for the impeccable and friendly service. Sunday was games and competition day! Everyone enjoyed table football, outdoor Jenga and Connect Four before splitting into two teams for a series of "Nerf wars". Afterwards we felt we had earned a barbecue on the terrace of The Farm, overlooking the pool and another beautiful valley. Steve and Janine came up trumps supplying extra barbecues and utensils to cater for our large group. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the weekend and I would recommend Puycalvel for anyone contemplating a special family occasion.
