Positive: Great place to relax and enjoy the quiet, beautiful tropical nature around the resort. I would recommend coming here after Intense traveling to restore the pace and take some time to eat nice food and enjoy the pool :)

Negative: There is not much to do around the resort. It’s kind of isolated. Ideally it would be a great place to work from remotely but the WiFi is not so good around the resort.

Positive: We were a big family, 14 people in total. The rooms were great. We stayed at the Dome Oasis, Garden villa and the bunk rooms. All met our expectations. We liked the nature vibe. The bathroom was nice. The Dome Oasis bathroom was super big (almost as big as the bedroom!). The pool was great. The massage was very affordable and the therapists were great. There was a choir that performed during out stay which was a nice touch - very talented group! The staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was plated (not buffet) but it was great and delicious.

Negative: There is only one restaurant on property. The prices of the food were just a tad bit on the expensive side. I think there is a missed opportunity here to just make stays all inclusive. Considering there aren't other food options on site or nearby, it's really a no brainer. We booked a couples massage in advance but the therapists did not arrive until 1 hour later. That messed up our schedule a lot unfortunately, we have an infant so we had a limited window to do the massage. There were a few things that I felt could be improved (but nothing that we "didn't like"). For example, I think there's an opportunity to improve the landscaping in general, some areas were well manicured and lush and some areas were not tended to or looked bare. Missed opportunity I think, either commit to an impeccable landscaped vibe or go all in on the jungle vibe. Another example is the lack of restaurant options. They advertised two restaurants on site but only one was operating when we stayed. I think there was also a missed opportunity with the offered activities, it was advertised but I didn't really see any of them happening. Not sure if you have to make a special request to do them. They should be run on the clock especially if there are guests on site. Overall a nice property, great rooms and facilities, with lots of potential to polish and finesse the services offered.

Positive: The most stunning property. Clearly a lot of intention went into designing it. So wonderful to walk around. Views are amazing. The restaurant was delicious, we tried so many things and loved them all. Staff so kind and friendly. Truly a gem.

Negative: The wifi in the rooms was a bit finicky. Otherwise nothing remotely negative

Positive: Quiet, clean and the food prep was excellent. Housekeeping was spot on and the grounds were kept very well. Gardens are amazing. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

Negative: One area to improve is with the time it takes to get food after ordering. ( 1 hour plus every time, and we were the only guests on site)
