Positive: Very nice and comfortable! Clean, private, quiet and secure! My family enjoyed the view, private beach and pools were not crowded. Short walk to beach and mini drive to downtown. Host was very responsive with answers to any questions we had and let us check in a few hours early as we arrived sooner than expected!

Negative: Wish it was on a higher floor but STILL a great location and beautiful view.

Summary: Relaxing, secure and unforgettable for our family trip.

Positive: Apt was great...However the fan in the master bedroom did not work and when we reported it we were told someone would be up to fix the problem and no one ever showed up. It was very hot in the room making it difficult to sleep.

Positive: The condo was very nicely decorated and clean. It was very private,not much traffic. I enjoyed the pool where I was able to read and relax a bit. The beach was lovely. The sunsets were breathtakingly beautiful. The grounds outside of the construction trucks and noise were really beautiful and the staff were very atuned to the details of keeping it beautiful. The security was superb, as was the entire staff. The persons residing there were also very kind.

Negative: Construction trucks every morning, the horns were very loud. This was not mentioned at the time of rental. Up every morning by 7, so there was interrupted sleep. Unable to rest/relax in the condo. Also, there were several loose large dogs (approx 4/5) on the beach from the residence outside of the grounds.
