You are rented an apartment located on the ground floor partly raised furnished with attention to detail personally by the owners with furniture in style and period, with a large living room very characteristic with arches and terracotta floors with direct access to the garden, a kitchen dining spacious and well equipped, two double rooms with windows opening onto the garden and bathroom with shower.
For exclusive use of the apartment a large garden of 3000 square meters created and cared for with passion directly from the owners, with a 40 sqm swimming pool, pergolas and canopies, tall trees and a collection of over 150 varieties of roses where you can spend your days in complete relaxation.
At 2 km the small town of Cerbaia offers shops, banks, pharmacy, post office, tennis courts and the bus stop for Florence; about 10 minutes walk from the house also a riding school.

Summary: We were delighted to stay in such a wonderful house. It is very spacious and clean. The outside eating area is great. The gardens are a treat to explore . Then you have a fantastic pool. There is also a shaded area beside the pool so you can relax. The owners were extreme friendly and welcoming. They gave great advice about where to visit. They left some food and a bottle of wine when we arrived. A really enjoyable holiday house.

Summary: We spent two superbe weeks at La Giuncaia. The communication beforehand was very quick and easy and the reception upon our arrival was particularly warm. Fiorella even provided us with a bottle of win. The house is well maintained and particularly the extremely nice garden is a real eye-catcher. It goes without saying that the pool was the main attraction, particularly for our three children. In case you intend to a) have some relaxing days off during your vacation and b) visit the main attractions around (Siena, Pisa, Lucca, Firenze, San Gimignano, Castellina etc.), La Giuncaia is the perfect place. Highly recommendable. Thanks again to Fiorella for having made our vacation so particularly nice!

Summary: Our kids just loved the pool. The garden is really fantastic. And the house spacious and well equiped. Also a very good spot to explore Tuskany. We can absolutely can recommend this house!
