Positive: My stay was wonderful. Sulmona is a charming city, the apartment was lovely and well-situated, and the host was incredibly friendly and helpful. I would recommend booking this property to anybody.

Negative: It’s a minor issue, but I would suggest improving the mattress for the double bed, as it’s not very comfortable.

Positive: Luciano's apartment was beautiful and had all the amenities you would need for a stay in this nice Abbruzzo town. Luciano was very responsive and the parking directions were right on. If you fine yourself in the area this would be an ideal place to stay.

Negative: Nothing!

Summary: We had a great relaxing stay while visiting some of the local vineyards, which were also very nice!

Positive: Location perfect u couldn’t ask for anything better, apartment had 2 baths 2 beds & a/c & terrace which we loved, & elevator was very convenient for top floor

Negative: Nothing we didn’t like, but wished the 2nd bedroom had twin beds without footboards which would allow taller guests to fit more comfortably in a twin size bed

Positive: This is our second time staying at this property. Our host Luciano, was so responsive and incredible communicating with us. The apartment was just as we remembered it, clean, well situated and beautifully furnished. We enjoyed our time having coffee on the balcony listening to the church bells in the morning. We highly recommend this location to anyone who is staying in Sulmona. We found a Michelin Star restaurant just down the street from this location that is superb. We are looking forward to returning again!

Positive: Host met us on arrival (late at night) and provided a tour of the apartment and the facilities. Welcome book was very informative. Apartment was extremely clean and tidy. Views from apartment balcony were lovely at sunset!

Negative: The parking arrangements could have been closer but only a short walk in the sun so no big deal!

Positive: Luciano, our host, was extremely gracious and accommodating. Ideally located centrally within the ancient part of Sulmona. The apartment itself was amazing although we felt it was beginning to show signs of wear and tear.

Negative: The air conditioner in the dining room was not adequate to cool all of the living areas. In the main bedroom, the air conditioner began making strange noises which disturbed our sleep.

Summary: Overall, an enjoyable stay.
