Beautiful single-storey stone property with private swimming pool, sleeping up to 6 guests, situated on a peaceful lane in the hills, close to the historic village of Les Eyzies.
The front door opens onto the dining/living room with a lounge area and a beautiful wooden dining table. The fully-equipped kitchen has an island that's perfect for breakfasts. You have direct access to the garden from each room.
To the right of the kitchen, a step leads to a double bedroom with en suite shower room. On the other side is a second double bedroom. Again, each bedroom has direct outside access.
A third bedroom has two single beds, which can be made into a double on request. The hallway leads to a bathroom, separate toilet and a small lounge with television.
Outside, the garden has a pergola and a private swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols.
