Positive: Super new and clean New mattresses, tv, fan and window Amazing view from the balcony Comfortable bed Owner very helpful

Negative: Property is located at the bottom of the hill of Lanquin. Not far from the centre but steep hill to walk to get there

Positive: Good location for semuc champey, restaurants, tiendas and so on. Staff was friendly. Nice view from the balconies. At check in the owner (i assume) informed us that parts of the hotel is under construction, and the hot water isn't working yet.

Negative: At the time of our stay (mid nov. 25) It seems that there was only water in the day time, so if you want to shower or wash your hands, I recommend you do it early
