Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The lady at the front desk was very kind as well as all the employees at the hotel.

Negative: I booked a Standard Villa which included a queen bed. When I arrived they told me that all beds in the standard villa are double bed. I had to change the room to one with air conditioning and a queen bed, paying more. The queen bed was terrible, my husband and I returned home with a bad back pain. What was offered in booking is not what we get.

Summary: Our stay was not as we expected. We end up with a terrible pack pain due to the beds.
