Positive: We were given a free upgrade to the Deluxe Suite, which was exceptionally nice. We had a very nice breakfast on our own patio each morning. We liked the setting, with the countryside all around. We made use of the free EV charging. The staff were very helpful at all times.

Negative: I can't think of anything!

Positive: Excellent first class personal attention and service. The staff were a delight, friendly discreet and always on hand to meet any requests. Faultless attitude and service. Cant recommend them enough.

Negative: The swimming pool could do with a little more regular cleaning! The garden furtniture by the pool needs to be replaced as it is sun damaged and the cloth seats have weakened in the sun. Otherwise perfect pool to just dip in and refresh. This is the absolutely only negative point I have to make.

Positive: There's so much to say about how great La Esperanza is. Our host, Alvaro was so kind and so attentive - a true hospitality professional that really made us feel at home. We opted for the Private Chef - Cone. I HIGHLY recommend this experience as his food was beyond exceptional. The property speaks for itself as being gorgeous, spotlessly clean and perfectly located to explore both Granada and the Costa Tropical. We plan on returning, only next time we'll bring friends and really take advantage of all the property has to offer. Again - hats off to both Alvaro and Cone, who offered the level of service you'd expect to find in any 5 star property.

Negative: We only wish we were visiting in warmer weather so we could have taken advantage of the pool and hot tub.

Summary: Perfect in every way. Top notch hospitality in a property that is unrivaled in Granda.

Positive: What a delightful experience! Never have we been in a hotel with such beauty and luxury amongst nature. The team was wonderful and very professional. They made sure to go above and beyond on our every need, treating us like honoured guests. We particularly enjoyed the best sleep we’ve had in a long time, in our exquisite room with its tasteful decor and absolute quiet, and then waking up to a privileged view of the Lecrín Valley, which is 360 degrees of breathtaking sights! We also adored the food of Chef Cone, who we booked for the most romantic and delicious dinner we’ve ever had! Everything was delicious and our favorites were the solomillo with foie and the bacalao with a green pea sauce. Such artistry of cooking. The hacienda breakfast was also something we adored. This is a place to relax, enjoy, be pampered and to find peace in life. It is not cheap but it is an incredible place where you feel like the most special guests. There is no price tag for such warm hospitality and such elegance. We cannot wait to return. La Esperanza truly feels like our home away from home.
