Positive: We were so thrilled with this apartment. The rooms were comfortable the kitchen was well stocked, the location was perfect but the most amazing thing we enjoyed was the 2 level patio with incredible 360 degree views of Rome. Even doing dishes was a pleasure with this view. We really hope to come back!

Negative: Everything was perfect, including the welcome and assistance from Simone.

Positive: I cant say enough about how wonderful this property is. Large spacious rooms and a fabulous kitchen with endless views in three directions over Rome. Lovely relaxing outdoor space with 360 views. Simone, the property manager, is a lovely man who is very responsive and willing to help in any way. You are close to metro and you can easily walk in to many tourist attractions. Prati is a very clean, safe area with many good restaurants. I spend many months a year in European properties and this has to be one of my very favorite.

Positive: Location of the property is great, last floor with terrace that give you great view was nice. Air conditioning is a plus specially on summer time.. the place is really good and really good locations, Host give us keys and didn't bother us at all. clean place too.

Negative: I has to say that the only thing I was a little uncontable was providing kid information, specailly passport photos, I don't know maybe just me but with so many things happening to kids or even edentity theft you hope that those pictures of passport don't fall in wrong hands, but other than that the place is really good and really good locations, Host give us keys and didn't bother us at all. clean place too.

Positive: A beautiful building and an even more beautiful apartment. When we entered the apartment we wished we never left. Lots of light, spacious and beautifully furnished rooms and a fantastic view from the terrace that takes your breath away. Spacious and comfortable beds in all rooms. Great location, just 8 minutes from the Vatican and 25 minutes from Piazza Navona walking distance. And of course the final touch, fantastic host Simone and Daniela - warm people always at your service. We look forward to come back again, hopefully soon.
