Exclusive Giuliana Suite is a Holiday Home located on the second floor of a building in Via Della Giuliana in the central Prati neighborhood, in a strategic position to reach the main attractions in the city 'eternal.
Is only a 10 minute walk from the Vatican Museums, St. Peter's and the Metro Ottaviano where you can quickly reach the Termini Station by providing connections to the airports of Fiumicino and Ciampino. The area offers restaurants, shops and pharmacies.
The house was renovated in June 2014 and completed in August, with the aim to ensure guests maximum comfort and elegance. In fact, the apartment is spread over a large area with a refined interior and functional; consists of a large living room, one side of which accommodates four meters modern and stylish furniture for the kitchen and adjoining peninsula snacks, large bedroom and bathroom with shower and large window; around the house floor is parquet oak color. The lighting system is designed specifically for the use and functionality of the rooms.
The whole structure overlooking Via della Giuliana and windows are equipped with the latest generation of fixtures that provide excellent thermal and acoustic insulation and is equipped with efficient air conditioners in all rooms.

Summary: Marco's apartment was fabulous! It was located a short walk from the Vatican & Metro stop in a residential area. It was clean & easy to access. We appreciated the washing machine & drying rack. Rosanna was there to meet us even though we arrived a bit late. I highly recommend this location!

Summary: It was excellent. TErrific location, all the utensils you need, clean, roomy we were very happy and have already told 3 other people about this location/ and the pictures are exactly correct. Clean for sure. great stove to cook, we will be coming back to this location for sure.

Summary: Wonderful to have a dishwasher and washing machine! Location is excellent-15 minute walk to the Vatican. Apartment is spacious and clean. Elevator lift to help with luggage. Recommend the cat and the fox restaurant around the corner. Grazie Marco!

Summary: This is a lovely apartment away from the crowds of the Vatican, but still only a 20 minute walk and easy bus/taxi access. It's well appointed and there are lots of great restaurants and markets nearby. We really loved it.

Summary: Great apartment in a lovely neighborhood. Marco is very communicative and his mom, Rossana who met us to help us check in was very helpful too. Apartment is very spacious and clean. Loved the natural light. Building feels secure. Bed and linens comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Marco the owner is great. He offered to arrange ship to door taxi service from Civitavecchia which was a life saver. His mother, Rosanna met us at the door and carried our two big suitcases up to the apartment. She showed us things and left us an Easter Cake. We did lock ourselves out of the apartment and Marco came as soon as possible to let us in. There were maps for Rome and suggested area eating places. The Wi-Fi was very fast.The apartment is a 15 minute walk to the Vatican and 8 min to the Metro. The street is busy, but the windows seal out the sound when closed. Marco also got us a ride to the airport and again Rosanna insisted on getting our bags. (and she is a petite woman).Excellent.

Summary: We loved this apartment! It was about a 12-15 minute walk to the Vatican museums and close to public transportation stops. Super clean. The host was prompt for getting back to us with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: I love this place, it's my second stay there. I'll return for each trip to Rome. So close to the sights, but in a neighborhood that is lived in by locals. The kitchen is great, having a washing machine is super. The AC welcomed in the heat, and works great too. Marco is a jewel. Thanks for everything!!
