Summary: Für 4 Personen (2 Erw., 2 Teenager-Kids) ist Wohnung sehr geräumig und grundsätzlich empfehlenswert. Einfache, aber ausreichende Ausstattung, wobei ich mir in der Küche ein paar neue Gerätschaften wünschen würde, weil die vorhandenen z. T. etw. angeschmuddelt wirken. Wohnung sauber. Bad gut ausgestattet mit Ablagemöglichk., Waschmasch., Dusche + Wanne. Schöne Terrasse, ab ca. 10/11 h im (Halb)Schatten. Einkaufen: Basko-Supermarkt m. gr. Sortiment, ca. 5 Automin., Tante Emma, ca. 15 Min. zu Fuß.

Summary: Große, gut ausgestattete Wohnung, schöner Pool. Das Inventar und die Gartenmöbel sind allerdings schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad war bei Ankunft ungenügend gesäubert, das Geschirr wies zum Teil noch Speiserückstände auf und die Schränke wurden von innen sicher seit langem nicht gereinigt. Für Kinder nur bedingt geeignet: Ballspiele o.ä. im Pool werden zeitnah von den Eigentümern unterbunden. Auch das Spielen auf dem Innenhof ist unerwünscht. Die Eigentümer wohnen im Nachbarhaus, sprechen ausschließlich italienisch und zeigten sich nur wenig gastfreundlich. Eine Betreuung der Gäste erfolgte praktisch nicht. Eines morgens stand die Hausherrin vor der Tür und stürmte ungebeten ins Kinderzimmer, wo unser Sohn noch schlief. Sie weckte ihn und forderte ihn lautstark auf italienisch auf, aufzustehen. Warum? Wir hatten nur die benutzten drei, statt der vorhandenen vier Betten nach einer Woche neu bezogen. Das konnte sie nicht akzeptieren. Heute lachen wir darüber, in der Situation selbst waren wir echt sauer! Dennoch: In Summe hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub. Nochmal buchen würden wir das Objekt aber nicht. Reisetipps: Die Wohnung liegt etwas abseits, ein kleiner Supermarkt ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Für alles andere ist ein Fahrzeug erforderlich.

Summary: Die Wohnung war groß, für Italien gut ausgestattet (z.B. viele Schränke, viele Küchengeräte) und bei unserer Ankunft ausreichend sauber. Vermisst haben wir lediglich Insektengitter an den Fenstern, da es sehr viele Mücken gab. Das ganze Haus ist recht hellhörig. Der Pool ist klein, aber schön gelegen; für unsere Kinder erwies sich aber als Beeinträchtigung, dass das Ballspielen im Pool nach den ausgehängten Regeln verboten ist und der Vermieter diese Regel auch in den ersten Tagen – oft sehr schroff – durchsetzte. Interchalet konnte etwas vermitteln; insgesamt gibt der Juniorchef den Gästen aber nicht das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein. Für alle Gäste gibt es einen Grillbereich mit weiteren Tischen und Stühlen; Spielflächen für Federball o.ä. sind allerdingsnicht vorhanden. Reisetipps: Diano Castello war ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die kleinen Dörfer und Städte der Riviera. Auch Nizza ist in einer guten Stunde erreichbar. Gut gefallen hat uns das Radfahren entlang der pista ciclabile zwischenSan Lorenzo und San Remo; teuer, aber enttäuschend war dagegen das whale watching, bei dem wir in vier Stunden nur ein paar Delphine zu Gesicht bekamen. Brot gibt es – auch sonntags frisch – beim kleinen Supermarkt vorn an der Abzweigung; sonst haben wirgern bei coop in Imperia eingekauft.
