Positive: Hotel is AWESOME !!!! Wow, it is like a museum with all the nice decor...and the bedroom WOW super lovely, and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, staff super friendly, mint candy all around free to grab, a block away from the center of the town this was very convenient. Quiet area, walking distance to local shops and great food options. Staff provided a recommendation to have lunch and we loved it. Will come back to this hotel.

Negative: You can hear everything, we were next to the lunch area and yes we could hear people talk, which in a way was a bit uncomfortable but does not deter us from coming back.

Summary: Superb hotel, totally Mexican decor and comfort...

Positive: Clean, comfortable, parking available on site. Restaurant downstairs was great. Good food, friendly staff. Right across from plaza, shops and Italian Coffee Company nearby.

Negative: Toilet was leaking.

Positive: Charming. Large suites. Excellent location. Staff was amazing!

Negative: Everything was lovely. A couple of improvements would be to have real butter (not margarine) and jam (not little Heinz packets) at breakfast and also cream for the delicious coffee—not coffee mate. It’s the little things that would make this excellent.

Positive: It exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay there again. The staff were wonderful. Just a truly unique hotel with lots of charm and character.

Negative: No hair dryer or iron. This was a big disappointment and not expected. A hotel of this quality should have these in every room.
