Positive: Air conditioning and Smart TV. The fridge and freezer kept all the food cold. We found out that the washing machine is on the top floor, that helped a lot. The sun roof is nice for breakfasts looking down on the town. Ice cream shop and restaurants are VERY close to the location.

Negative: In mid summer, the location is a bit far away from beach (27min). Italy gets very hot in summer. The owner can get more kitchen tows for wiping surfaces clean.
