Positive: Great, relaxed place with very friendly hosts. Surrounded by wonderful nature and lots of lovely animals. Our children had a lot of fun. We were lucky and could watch the eruptions of Etna in the evening in the middle of hazelnut trees. Unique. Tip: Taste their homemade hazelnut cream for breakfast. Very tasty.

Positive: The hosts were incredible. They were proactive and contacted us a day or two before our stay, shared detailed information about the property and were super responsive to questions. They also left us a gift of wine and pasta. Our rental unit was right on the beach. Our patio door opened to the sand. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked with basics. The location was amazing - we could walk into the town of Marzamemi in just a few minutes. Beautiful sunrises as well.

Positive: Our stay in casa sulla spiaggia was wonderfull! The appartment was in perfect condition, clean and complete. It is right on the beach with an amazing view on Marzamemi, which lies only a pleasant 10 minute walk away. In short, we will definitely return! The owner dus everything to make our stay perfect. She was always available for questions. Thank you Cinzia!

Positive: Good layout of spaces, all large enough to function nicely. Decor was “of the sea” and well done. Kitchenette and bathroom have very nice appliances and fixtures. Great to have washer available. Patio on the sea is private but the sea access is immediate. An easy 10 minute walk to pedestrian street, local salumaria, coffee shop, nice restaurants and great gelateria! Shore village about 30 minutes along same easy, picturesque and lively path. Host provided card for free parking in secure, close by lot.

Negative: Needs floor or table lamps in the living/dining area and better lighting at the kitchen counter. Not many outlets. A few more plate and glass options would be nice for a dessert, tall glass of water and large glass of wine.

Summary: Hosts were absolutely the best. Full of information and always available. So special to leave a welcome basket for us!

Positive: Great location! Extremely cozy, perfect for a couple or a family of four. Location is prime! It is less than a 10min walk from Centro Storico. Parking in Marzamemi can be challenging. However, the host graciously provided free parking during our entire stay that was located a block away. What is there not to like about this place!
