Positive: Well equipped kitchen including dishwasher, spacious and clean. Outside bathroom great for when you come back from the beach all sandy. Short walk into the town

Positive: Great location, private yet near the small town centre. We especially enjoyed the outside area. Check in and check out were straightforward.

Negative: The cleanliness was absolutely fine, but didn't put me fully at ease. The second bathroom is located on the outside of the building and not in the best condition, luckily we didn't have much use for it.

Positive: It was at very nice house - very closed to the sea and the town of Marzamemi. We enjoyed it very much.

Negative: Could do with at little make-over. Ex. The electricity went off - and it had to be made and that was done immediately. No hot water in the kitchen - was also made very quickly. But still annoying on a holiday. We missed some sunbeds.
