Positive: The landlord is very responsive and available. Great check in and checkout times. The house is incredibly lovely and well kept. The town is like a fairy setting, incredibly suggestive and hidden away from tourist routes.

Negative: There is no air conditioning. They provided fans and the stone walls helped keeping the house cool but if we had visited a week earlier during the extreme heat wave it might have been uncomfortable.
