Positive: The location was excellent. A short walk to the Metro and a further short trip into the centre of Milan. Good restaurants around nearby for food in the evenings. Kind host. Wi Fi was excellent. It is called the house of the balconies does not have one which did not bother us.

Negative: The bathroom was very small, there were lots of personal items around the flat which reduced the available space. A micro wave oven would have been useful. .

Summary: Kind host, great location, but flat too cluttered with personal items for our taste.

Positive: Isabella is the best host. The apartment had everything we needed, it was very clean and comfortable and Isola is the nicest neighborhood. Isabella was extremely nice with us and if we go back to Milan, we won't doubt on booking this place again.

Positive: The property was quiet, close to many wonderful restaurants and as a single woman it felt very safe for walking. The shower was hot, the host was amazing as was check-in (which is very important when you have been traveling from the USA). Plenty of heat and an elevator was available (the apartment is on the 3rd floor was a must for me). I will definitely stay there again if I find myself in Milan.

Negative: As an elderly person the bed and couch were low for me to get out of BUT very comfortable while in them. Not a reason to not return.
