Positive: Peaceful location, lots of trees. The hosts live nearby, so key retrieval was simple. The hosts speak english. Apartments did have all the necessary ammenities.

Negative: There is a bell tower, that rings every 15 minutes till midnight. This bellring is quite loud, if you sleep near open window.
