Positive: The property manager and his wife were so helpful beautiful rooms with magic views would recommend this place to everyone coming to Italy they have a shuttle bus to pick you up from airport and take you back the manager took me tothe castle and showed me around wow the best experience I have had in italy magic .Grazie Millie will come back just beautiful

Negative: Everything from the apartment the views the people were just couldn't do enough for me te food here is to die and cheap the scenery is just wonderful especially out of the apartment best experience yet.

Positive: location was high up in the hills, with a winding, steep road (but no worse than some other places we stayed at); excellent view; very spacious location, with large bedroom and kitchen; had whole floor to ourselves; heating was adequate

Negative: no one was at the location when we arrived (late, but within the check-in time period); we had to have someone (at a nearby hotel) phone the host, who came 15 minutes later; host left without noting when she might come back for breakfast (communication was an issue, as she spoke little English)
