Positive: This is an inexpensive apartment and the cost reflects the facilities. Limited choice in Sezze and it was adequate for our group of four hikers. The beds were comfortable.

Negative: Smell of drains on ground floor; washing machine was broken (door would not open); cutlery was poorly washed; general air of neglect.
