Positive: I loved everything about this place! It’s located in Dervio, a bit further north from the main tourist spots, which makes it more peaceful. The view is absolutely AMAZING! The spaciousness of the flat is something special and hard to find, especially for the price. Luciano and Nina, the hosts, were incredibly kind. They offered us a lift from the bus stop and even let us check in early. I would strongly recommend this place if you have the chance to visit Lake Como!

Negative: The beds were 2 single beds, bear in mind. And they were a bit soft to my liking.

Summary: Amazing place. I fell in love with the view of this spacious flat.

Positive: A wonderful, clean and stunning Apartment with a breath taking view on Lake Como. There was everything we need prepared, even some nice little groceries to be able to prepare breakfast. The owners are so, so polite and nice and it was a real pleasure to choose them and their Place. Totally recommended if you want an unforgetable experience.

Positive: The property is beautiful, full of character nestled up on the hill side. Exceptional views of the lakes and mountains. Absolutely perfect The archway to the property is very narrow but you can park just on the other side of needed. Some food and drink is provided which was more than enough The hosts, Nina and Luciano are lovely people and couldn’t be more accommodating.

Positive: The tenants, Nina and Luciano, were absolute Angels that welcome us in a perfect way. The place is very special, in a super old house perfectly maintained. Very comfortable, you‘ll find everything that you Need and Even more, to feel home. Even the breakfast was simple but perfect. Thank you to them :) The cherry on the top being the view, breathtaking, on the lake and Mountains.

Negative: The entrance is impossible for cars except small ones, which was not an issue but he car had to stay along the road. The place being quite remote there is no Risk.
