La Casa Del Postino (The Postman's House) is a seductive, recently renovated apartment with a beautiful front balcony and air conditioning. The house is in an advantageous position, a few steps away from the centre of Kassiopi, the local facilities and the beach of Kalamionas.
It is laid out in three levels and is spacious for a family or party of seven people, in four bedrooms with three bathrooms.
Layout
The street gate leads to the front balcony, the end side of the house, and the main entrance, which opens onto a nicely furnished living room with a spiral wooden staircase.
There is an arch to the left of the living room, which leads to the fully equipped kitchen and further up to a small hall with an external door that opens to the large front balcony on the side of the village's inner street. Bedrooms are located on both sides of this area with a twin and a double bedroom, sharing shower/WC room.
Going down the lounge's spiral staircase, we land on the basement, which features a single bedroom with a shower / WC room.
On the opposite, we reach the upper level, where nestles the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, totally remote from the rest of the house.

Summary: We stayed for 7 days in Kassiopi and this was very applicable house for 6 people. The house is beautiful and really big, there are 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. You can make food in the kitchen (contact grill, coffee machine, oven included) and there’s available outside grill, too. It’s near everywhere by walk (parking, beaches, city center, scoorer rental, bakery, shops). Also everything was really clean, so we felt like at home. There’s terace outside for evening chill. We enjoyed staying in this house so much. Very recommending!

Summary: Brilliant location, near enough to restaurants and bars without being on top of them. House was as described and perfect for our party of 5 people. EOS were very quick to react to a couple of issues we had on our first day and we cannot fault them. The owner was equally as good to respond to our problem. Overall we had a great holiday and would happily return.

Summary: We just had 10 days at La Casa Del Postino and had a great time. The house is well equipped and spacious with really comfy beds. The large outside space is really handy and it's just a few minutes walk to the shops and the restaurants and the tavernas on the harbour. Kassiopi is ideally placed for exploring the North East of Corfu and is prettier than some of the surrounding villages whilst having everything you could need. It's just 10 minutes drive to the nearest sandy beaches (if you don't like pebbles) and 10 minutes drive to the bigger town of Acharavi for more facilities.

Summary: Big and spacious house, - Huge and comfortable terrace covered from the sunlight most of the day, - 3 bathrooms, - A lot of new appliances, - Air-conditioning in every room, - Very friendly owner asking unobtrusively almost daily if we need something, and solving problems asap if any :), - Looks and feels better then on the photos (did I mention terrace already?), - Its just 2-3 min walk to get to grocery shops, very good bakeries, tavernas etc., 5-15 min walk (with great views) to get to all of the beaches, 3 min to the Green-Bus stop that takes you to Corfu city, - Contact-free check-in and check-out. - The house is next to the 'main road' in the city, so there is some busses, cars and motor scooters driving down the street (which is one way only), but it doesn't bother at night and in the rooms that are more far from the street, - There could be some extra mosquitos protection in the windows (it's already there in some of them).
