Positive: I absolutely adored my stay at La Carolina Suite Moderna, it truly felt like a home away from home! ☺️ First of all, the host, Kateryna, was incredibly welcoming and attentive. She sent me a detailed welcome message the day before my stay with all the instructions for accessing the apartment, and I had the chance to meet her in person when I arrived to hand over the payment. She was so warm and lovely! The apartment itself was beautiful, modern, and absolutely spotless. Everything I needed was provided: there was hot water in the shower (it just takes a little adjusting, but Kateryna explained this clearly in her messages, and I easily set it to the perfect temperature), the bed was super comfortable with warm bedding (perfect for Quito’s cooler temperatures 😅), and to my surprise, there was even a small electric heater, something I’ve never been offered anywhere else I’ve stayed, and it was honestly such a thoughtful and useful touch, especially in Quito’s climate! The building felt very safe, with a security guard at the entrance and access codes needed to operate the lifts. The location couldn’t have been better either, walking distance to everything: small shops, a huge Megamaxi supermarket, cafes, bars, restaurants, bus stops, Iñaquito metro station, and of course, La Carolina park. And all of this at the best price I found in the area compared to similar apartments! I was genuinely so happy with my stay and will definitely be returning to this apartment next time I’m in Quito 😊 Thank you so much! ❤️
